Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within two weeks of delivery. You must email us at info@iluminalightsystems.com to receive a return item number and all items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. The items must be in their original packaging container. You are responsible for all shipping costs and for insurance on the package. We will refund the purchase price, less shipping and handling, upon receiving back the items, assuming they are in good condition.

As we are dealing with very small and intricate items, sometimes it is necessary to super glue delicate items back on that may have gotten broken (e.g. tiny antenna on airplanes or on a mini car etc). If you are not able to accept this policy then please refrain from ordering. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to process your return, refund or exchange (if you are exchanging an item shipping cost will apply). Ilumina Light Systems inspects each shipment very closely before it is released for shipment. We reserve the right to refuse any return item that we deem to have been mishandled, or not in original shape as when shipped, or damaged as a result of the carriers mishandling. The following conditions apply for returns:

  • Returned items must be in their original shipped condition including the original box the items were shipped in.
  • Please include a written or typed letter with the reason the items were returned. Also include in your letter whether you would like a refund in the form of the original payment, or if you would like an exchange item.
