Shipping Policy

We at Ilumina Light Systems are a specialty house manufacturer. We build or assemble items one at a time. Therefore, shipping times may vary significantly. In some cases we can ship within the hour while at others it may take 4 to 6 weeks. If time is critical, please contact us well in advance of your needs so that a mutually agreed shipping date can be established. Again, being a specialty house we assemble and ship on a first-come basis, while keeping in mind each customer's time requirement needs.

Shipping and handling charges will be determined once an item and destination have been established. For Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping, we use the United States Postal Service. For a shipping quote to those locations you can place the order online and we will send you a shipping quote for you to confirm before we ship the order. Please remember to enter your correct email address. We will weigh the items and email back to you a shipping quote.

Note: There is a $100 minimum order for all international shipments
